Privacy Policy
Updated October 4, 2026. Komirnyk is a medication supply forecasting product. This policy describes the data the product stores and how its current features use it.
What we store
Your chosen username, a securely hashed password, internal account identifier, consent record and preferences. Supply records include the medication identity you enter, observations, recorded consumption, forecasts, alerts and replenishment actions. If you connect Telegram, we store its identity mapping so the bot can use the same account.
Why we use it
We use these records to calculate logistical supply estimates, schedule heads-ups, show history and process your requested actions. An estimate is based on your entries, not a clinical assessment.
First-party measurement
We store product event names, timestamps and opaque internal identifiers to understand signup, activation, alert responses and repeat use. A first-party visitor cookie associates an acquisition source and campaign with signup. We do not put medication names, strength or consumption details in generic analytics or send them to external analytics services.
Cookies and account security
The product uses session and antiforgery cookies for sign-in and safe requests, plus a visitor identifier for first-party acquisition measurement. Sessions expire after 12 hours. Account deletion invalidates further access. Keep your username and password safe; automated password recovery is not yet offered.
Optional external services
Telegram processes messages you send and alerts you choose to receive under its own terms. Connecting Telegram is optional. Opening an external medication search sends the search terms to the destination website; its privacy policy then applies. Komirnyk does not verify availability or place orders.
Delete your account
Use Settings and confirm your password. The active database immediately removes credentials, identity mappings, preferences, medication records, observations, forecasts, intents, approvals and queued work. We retain anonymized security/business audit entries and event counts without linked user, resource or trigger identifiers. We do not claim a statutory retention obligation.
Operational copies
Encrypted, access-controlled backups may contain earlier records until rotated out under the operator's documented backup schedule. A restoration must reapply subsequent deletion requests before restoring public access. Telegram or external websites may retain their own copies.
